Not hardly. The spectral response of human vision is complicated, as anyone that ever attended a Charles Poynton lecture will tell you. It’s convoluted even more by the wavelength patterns of modern light sources. This device probably gets it pretty close, but I’d bet that there are colors that when identified by it are quite different between reality and practice.
