Hell, I get thoroughly pissed at all of the stickers on the decks of Windows machines. I’m all for add-on services that actually add value, but removing features behind a paywall and forcing me to stare at ads for the very thing I already own ensures they won’t be getting my business.

I had been looking at the open source options to avoid relying on their cloud servers and there is some great looking stuff:
I’ve no idea how hard it would be for remarkable to block all that off to promote their new service plans, but ‘really easy’ seems like a good guess.
