Sorry that so many people felt the need to cut you down for venting this, or felt the need to offer you life advice.
To me, it seemed like you were simply writing so that others could know of your experience, possibly learn from it, possibly reach out to you with opportunity (my strong strong hope that this happens though I accept the reality that those in need are not seen as attractive people to help).
