I dimly remember seeing sculptures like that in the late 1980ies (?), albeit larger ones; several of them forming an interactive installation.

I like it; regrettably, our cats would ‘interact’ with them at oh-dark-thirty.

Shout out to my friend Jenny who made a beautiful interactive sound-making electronic sculpture that’s currently being displayed at the National Portrait Gallery. They’re gorgeous and I can’t wait to see them in person!
