How very eerie and lovely. Not sure how sturdy those poles are, but I imagine (hope) they test them regularly and know their limits.
Vaulting poles, maybe? I think the longest ones might be that long.

Reminds me of the Pole Cats from Mad Max: Fury Road, although that was in a decidedly less serene context.

They are acrobatic sway poles.
Madonna used them for a tour (2 mins)
Looks like very wide bases made of heavy beams or square tubing.
