What he says does apply to Reuleaux triangles, but what he shows are Reuleaux tetrahedra.
Confused me, anyway.

If I remember correctly: They roll like spheres in that they have constant width, but do not a consistent center of rotation so would not be useful as a “wheel” when fixed to an axle.
