Oh I saw the show alright; grew up with Anderson shows. Still watch them on youtoob occasionally.
America was seen as cool in those far off days and they used pseudo american accents for a lot of their puppets to play off that. But the idea that WIN would be an American agency is crazy; nobody would accept that. WIN would have been a properly British run agency in that world, with proper 4pm tea-breaks and everything.
