What is with the extreme and unbelievable fake Boing Shop discounts? Are they supposed to be so ridiculously over the top that they count as puffery and are therefore not a violation of California’s false advertising law?
Under California’s law, the price quoted as the original price has to have been the prevailing price for the last 3 months. And I rather doubt any legitimate customer ever paid $2,200 for this bundle of courses.
