A place we stayed in Jamaica had an outdoor shower. It was wonderful.
I stayed in a really cheap hostel in Casablanca, where the shower was jammed into a room in such a way that you were practically on a balcony overlooking the main station. I enjoyed it, my friends did not.

Drinking beer in a crowded hot tub for 90+ minutes??
Should probably be smoking camels and chugging down espressos and go for the trifecta!
