For sale on Amazon Japan still, for ¥2,700, or about $25 USD, plus shipping. I have ordered a book from Amazon Japan to the US before. It took a long time, but it did eventually arrive.
What a lovely idea, I’ve never seen anything like this!
This is an attractive book, BUT it is publisher hype to say, “360˚ Book is a new format…”
I have half a dozen books like this in my movable book collection. Several are decades old.
My dad’s on a boat cruising towards it right now.
And it’s not really a flip book either, is it?
frankly it even strains the definition of “book.” for me it has more in common with a tissue honeycomb party decoration…although a really rad one, for sure…
Exactly what I was thinking of. When I was growing up, we had a Halloween decoration of a spider that folded flat but when opened up, the body was a honeycombed sphere. And this was the 1970s.
