To me, “trapped” strongly implies alive. Once the trap kills you, you’re no longer trapped.

I stopped submitting ideas (do they even still have that mechanism?) because every single time, they’d post the same story (and same link) within a day or two without mentioning that they’d gotten the nudge from a Happy Mutant. I know we’re all getting a lot of overlap in our news feeds, but after a few years you start to realize that it can’t be the only explanation.
So, I’d say it’s quite easy to figure out. Anything I read on the internet and think that it’s a perfect BB piece, it’ll show up here in a few days.
