I wonder if there’s a breakdown of sales by menu item. Personally, I don’t go for the expensive drinks that so many critics use to deride Starbucks as a decadent extravagance.

I like their cream/ice/sugar/coffee abominations. I also dont really care where it comes from as long as there’s caffeine in there.

Apparently collecting Starbucks cards is a thing. So I guess this is Starbucks cashing in on that phenomenon? Good for them, I guess? What’s even better, is the people already trying to flip these on eBay at a significant profit, despite the fact that you can still buy them at cost directly from Starbucks.
