That’s not what happened. If you watched something OTHER than Fox, you’d know that. They are feeding you lies and propaganda just to make you mad.

Watching the “conservative” movement right now is like watching 1984 come to life. They believe what the Ministry of Truth (Fox News et al.) tells them to believe, and if that changes, the previous beliefs are erased as though they never were and replaced wholesale, with the previous version never to be mentioned again. It would be fascinating if it weren’t so terrifying. I really believe that they think 1984 was written as a delightful fantasy rather than dystopian fiction.
