I don’t think I have ever seen a hummingbird at rest before.

There’s one particularly aggressive hummer that, after feeding, bogarts our four-bird feeder like a boss: It sits on the feeder’s circular railing, tweets every now and then to warn off others, stretches its wings, occasionally looks around and poops, and sometimes seems to be simply resting, as in, no movement. Taking a nap?

I love Mutts comics so much. 
I printed this one & stuck it on the fridge.
Tuna and chicken salad immediately became tuna and chicky shalad in our home, and still are. There’s even a container in our fridge with a note saying, “It’s Tuna Shalad!” Right Now!
