We had one kitty who LOVED getting mani pedis. He pretty much loved to be petted anywhere on his body: face, nose, ears, tail, legs, chin, neck, chest, toes. He even tolerated belly rubs for about 30 seconds before giving you the two-foot boot (minus the scratches).

The key to kitteh belly not being a trap is to touch them a lot, everywhere when they are tiny kittens. Ours even kinda like a little pedi massaging between the pads.
