This all sounds a bit tongue in cheek, like she’s running a real grift but can’t take it seriously enough to resist having some fun and testing just how gullible people can possibly be. Almost winking at the people who aren’t buying it and saying “can you BELIEVE I’m getting away with this?”

She seems to be a frustrated cyberpunk SF author.

My interests align with the interest of UNICULT and are equally as far reaching. As a robot ethicist, I started a campaign to open a consent-focused robot brothel called Eve’s Robot Dreams.

That can be part of the thrill for the con artist. There’s a constant compulsion to test boundaries and to risk seeing how far they can transgress without getting busted.
