Why not? It is a public information. As that, it should be free to remix and republish in any format, from a csv table to advanced visualisation to a searchable database.
I think that it should be okay to publish it; Iām merely stating that I donāt think itās as cut and dry under U.S. law as it may seem.
In that case the publishing is still the right/good thing to do, the law would be the bad/wrong thing here.
