as far as how the average New Yorker views New York’s importance, I’d say that’s a pretty accurate map.

If Jim does not have access to a scanner, I suspect that BB readers (like myself) in his area may. Cory, if Jim is on the BBS or if you have other ways to put him in touch, perhaps there can be a collaboration to create a higher-resolution image for your readers.
