This is not the cyberpunk dystopia I signed up for.
Roger that.
Who is touching the buttons on that machine? Talk about needing a pointing stick.
Duke University has had a lot of success keeping students and staff safe even with in-person classes. Their infection rate is significantly lower than the surrounding community. One key has been frequent self-administered testing with batched screening.
Not sure you would get the same effect with vending machine tests. Duke provides, nay assigns each student and staff member their pre-barcodes test kits at no cost.
I wish we had one of these at work.
Genius. Person with Covid pushes button, everyone else that pushes button does too
This video shows hand sanitizer stations adjacent to the machines:
OMG, now people with COVID will be touching the buttons and then spreading it further! The vending machine is now the friggin’ vector!
I wish everyone had one of these at work, and at school, daycare, nursing homes, grocery stores…
Drop $185, pound the button, results in 20…
If it’s free wouldn’t it be a dispenser not a vending machine?
