Reminds me of a weird, one-man-developed indie 4X game I used to mess around with. You could upload an image for your own flag and it’d appear on flagpoles in the game.

It must’ve been moderated, because I recall a surprising lack of wangs.

When I was in jr high I visited a conference at UW and saw a live rendered cgi flag running on a SGI Indigo. It was top of the line and amazing. (I believe this was before wolfenstein)

And now my semi-bargain phone can blow that out of the water.

Good for you, even with that breeze it wasn’t going to flap on its own.

So help me, if this “fun internet link” also invites me to take a personality test and post the results to Facebook, I’m gonna be pissed.

I bookmarked it as it actually is useful for seeing if a design makes a good flag. Great code concept for designers to show the boss that the flag is a mess before it goes to the silkscreeners.
