One canât deny that India gets pretty solid bang for their buck in rocketry(civilian as well as military); but this exercise seems to slot a bit too neatly into âburnish âsecurityâ cred ahead of rapidly approaching electionâ territory.
At least they are set if they run into any orbital Kashmiri militants; rather than the trickier low tech ones.
