This is specifically about Anwar al-Awlaki; it’s the legal memo that the Obama Administration had written so that the Obama Administration could say it was legal for them to assassinate him and his kid, and until now it’s been secret, like the memos the Bush Administration wrote saying it was legal for them to torture people in Gitmo.
I think more and more people are starting to understand what a real ‘rogue state’ is. It’s never been clearer that it takes one to know one.
