I’m probably being paranoid after so many stories of harvested data being hacked/leaked/used anyway. However it seems to me that a side effect of parents filling out these forms is building a huge database of photographs of minors which can then be either (a) mined to target ads at them or their parents or (b) circulated by bad actors to make it easier for pervs to stalk said minors online or off. Just saying.
Is the process automated?
If so, it’s going to be abused. Massively.
If not, then once they get the first ten thousand requests in one day, it will be automated. And then it will be abused.
