I’m only half way in, but wow, that cop that is with the dying victim, wow he’s inept… I assume that when you get to be a cop you will get some basic CPR/first aid course and related stuff. All he can do is whine “how can I tell” if they ask him if he is breathing. A 3 year old could answer that question!
It’s either shock, incompetence or feigned ignorance (making sure he doesn’t do anything to stop him from dying). Really hard to listen to… And (different levels of) horrible no matter which of the three it is.
