Hahaha, that’s awesome! I’m imagining myself swooping in with some sort of battery-powered triplane, blitzing him with nerf darts before flying into the sunset yelling “ze Red Baron strikes again!”

It’s not “103 parts,” it’s FAA Part 103-legal, meaning it’s technically classified as an ultralight, and therefore exempt from registration and inspection requirements.
