Wow. Just wow.

No impeachment. No 25. Nothing.

Looks like the racists have won yet again.

Wait, is this true? (I don’t twitter, so I don’t know how to look it up)

I mean, fucking hilarious if it’s a shoop.

Hadn’t heard about the Molotov cocktails…

Contee reported 52 arrests: five for firearms offences and 47 for curfew violations and unlawful entry. Twenty-six of those arrested were on the grounds of the US Capitol.
A cooler packed with molotov cocktails was also found on US Capitol grounds. Police recovered two pipe bombs at the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee offices.

It is, in fact, a hilarious shoop. Genius.

Yeah, it’s worth recalling that O. Henry coined the term “Banana Republic” to specifically mean Latin American countries whose leadership had been compromised by American (US-ian) corporate and state meddling… Even when it was “Third World” it has always been American.

Goddamn yes, keep those fuckers in session to the bitter end. I can’t imagine if I were a rep or senator even considering leaving. Tells you everything about the ones who want to go or were happy to go along with a recess.

I say give them 4 hours of sleep and then get back to work!

Walking away is not an option after what happened yesterday.

Much like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), former House Speaker John Boehner didn’t explicitly call out Trump, who incited the mob that breached the Capitol yesterday.

Boehner isn’t the only person who previously held one of the highest offices in the country to deflect blame from Trump.

Yesterday evening, former President George W. Bush and his former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice decried the mob violence without condemning Trump’s actions that encouraged the chaotic scene.

People should keep pointing out that not an insignifcant number of these people are white supremacists, nazis or in similar groups. These are not just random conservatives. They are anti-government terrorists.

Sometimes I wish I could heart things 10 or 20 times…

Christ, get a load of Mo Brooks reply:

Please, don’t be like #FakeNewsMedia, don’t rush to judgment on assault on Capitol. Wait for investigation. All may not be (and likely is not) what appears. Evidence growing that fascist ANTIFA orchestrated Capitol attack with clever mob control tactics. Evidence follows:

How can this guy be for real?

Because he never has and never will have consequences.

White rowdy groups like this do not threaten the fundamentally racist, militarist, and capitalist foundation of the country; they are molded by it. So local and federal government usually let them have their way…

I think the best thing for them to do is get out ahead of it next time.

The next time there is a protest like this, I want Sarah Palin and Mo Brooks and Tucker Carlson and all the Antifa-Aware to get out there with the protesters, and start screaming at them that they are Antifa, and do some citizens arrests, drag a confession out of them right there in the street.

They need to get to the bottom of it as it happens. I want to watch that. I really, really want to see that happen.
