Having lived in Vegas and seeing some of the old retired signs i think this is a really neat way to bring these signs back to life. Would love to check this out depending on how long this will be going on.

very cool. I was there a few years ago (I think it was called the Neon Boneyard then) and it was very cool even without these lights. definitely a good Vegas activity (and I generally hate Vegas).
