Not only is the Wayback Machine fun, it is a great tool. As a patent researcher, this is invaluable for prior art.

Another great way to use it is to track down old manuals. I’m surprised by how often Wayback has them stashed away.

Also good for hunting down political liars when they deny saying their often terrible, hateful things.

The Internet Archive (that runs Wayback Machine) is a non profit organization that seems to be constantly strapped for cash. I hope Google is kicking some money into their coffers to cover all the additional traffic they will be getting.

Unless it’s not being archived. It’s pretty absurdly easy to get sites scrubbed from there.

I use Bing only because I use Rewards points to get cheap/free Xbox games.
