You would probably have to 3D print the pieces.

I want a Klein bottle that can only be assembled in higher dimensions.

That’s trivial to produce. Just like it’s trivial to generate a couple pieces of paper which can only be made into a Mobius loop in 3 dimensions. The hard part is figuring out how to push the desired piece thru a bit of the 4th dimension

Saw that one (and loads of other good stuff) last year at the Moebius exhibition in Brühl.
Man, that guy could use pens and brushes like they were magic wands.
