There was also a book for this exhibition, published by Praeger; amazon shows expensive used copies for sale. I have a copy that I got at the time. I can’t recall how or where I found it.
I liked it a lot. It’s 100 large pages, loads of illustrations. Lots of fun stuff, especially for 1969!

Featuring Zinovieff in more detail, there is also the excellent BBC documentary “What the Future Sounded Like” (I may have gotten that reference from boingboing in the first place).
