They’re 3/4s of the way there! And it seemed a “violation” to use white leather and paint it red. (Although I admit the color match was perfect.) When it scuffs, that will be the first sign the sneaker is a fugazi. But then again, these “restored” sneakers will never see a court.

At this rate, couldn’t they just build complete replicas of old models?!
