I just learned that the animators behind Encanto had to fight higher-ups to let Luisa have big muscles, presumably because a woman isn’t supposed to look buff even if superhuman strength is her defining trait.
Something tells me that the animators didn’t have to go through this nonsense for Mr. Incredible.
