Will.i.am’s first smartwatch winds down

I’m gonna buck the trend and say that while, yeah, that’s kind of a weird-looking car, I’d rather have weird or even ugly than the current situation where all cars look more or less exactly the same.

good point! will.i.am’s other car doesn’t have turn signals, either, and that’s been road-tested:

I’m guessing that the real social stigma is for the people who leave their BT headset in all the time, as if they might need to interrupt their conversation with you at any moment to take that very important call.

WRT the PULS itself (and what an obnoxious name!), I was struck by this:

You could make your case for getting a chance to buy one by testifying about your “leader,” “trailblazer,” “cultural tastemaker,” “dreamer,” “creator” or “fashionista” status.

I’ll remember this the next time someone accuses Apple in general, or the Apple Watch in particular, of being “elitist”.
