Does the following:
Basicly disable the data collections tasks and services and add the known dns hosts that collect telemetry data to the hosts file, aka redirect them to 0.0.0.0 so they cannot be resolved.
Also remove the Folders from “mypc” view (I don’t like it personally), enable file extensions and hidden folders.
Remove the zip/cab view from the explorer (I have 7-zip anyway)
Remove OneDrive

dnsapi.dll in Win10 has many MS domains white listed and it’s checked before the host file is queried in requests. Curious.
