Well that isn’t just saying they are unenforceable, that is saying they are actually violations of the law. That’s very interesting, but it looks like the penalty probably wouldn’t exceed a ‘Cease and Desist’ order, with possible fines coming if they choose to violate the order.

I panicked for a second cuz I had it confused with Rosa Labs.
