Wolfram sets out to improve image identification

It’s funny how humans tolerate error correction with one another while demanding perfect error prevention from their machines. Just another example of “it’s okay when you do it but bad when we do it.” #robotsarepeopletoo

This was fun to try. Pretty good guesses, too. “Reef” for a tropical island, “plush” for a Furby, “Bicycle seat” for a bicycle, and so on. It also knew Jeremy Clarkson was both a person and, more specifically, a Jeremy Clarkson.

It did think the image below was either a boxing glove or, on second guess, a “placental mammal”, so there’s that. Not even wrong, as they say.
