It’s the latest development in a legal battle that first began in 2018, when former employees sued IBM after the company fired tens of thousands of workers over 40-years-old.
One high-ranking executive, whose name was redacted from the lawsuit, said IBM had a “dated maternal workforce.”

When I was starting grad school I can remember friends complaining about first year students, like not just how they handle school but general behaviour, in very much the kids today kind of way. It kind of took me aback. Like, these kids weren’t some product of a different era, they were three or four years apart from us. But apparently you put up lines between them and some people will squint at each other across them.
