Yes thanks, good piece. Amazing (okay, not really) how hard it is to get workers to see that being unionized is in their best interests. You’d think that knowing how hard Amazon fights against it would be proof itself!

There were a lot of bad choices in that Boss™’s screed, but the one that stuck with me was the all-caps “you can be legally terminated for no reason”. Surely if you’re trying to coerce people’s behaviour it’s not a good idea to tell them their behaviour doesn’t matter…
