Is such bullshit. Anyone whoâs worked with large teams or groups and has a sincere desire to make sure concerns are heard and handled efficiently knows this is the absolute worst model. Ideally you want to be able to put out a proposal, have the various groups discuss and consolidate their ideas, then present them back to you.
But of course, thatâs not what Amazon wants.
