Well that’s one pretty flipping big restriction. DRM-free stand-alone games, or nothing.

For the rest of us though, it’s probably a decent deal, unless you’re specifically talking about the ‘no restrictions’ comment.
That being said for me it’d be a problem since I already have a decently large Steam library so I’d get a ton of doubles.
