Hmm. The AI models don’t know if anything is true or false. They basically are designed to make up BS that sounds like the sort of things human would say…and then some of it happens to be true and some of it happens to be false by pure chance. Really neither is more of a mistake or lie than the other to the machine, the real lie is in presenting any of it as something that has to do with reality.
