Hopefully the the government will respond by creating a centralized database to track hirings and firings in Hollywood. Hell, the FBI could probably just dust off what they’ve already got and start tomorrow on this.

I like this because it’s a specific, verifiable action. Sexism is such a huge issue that I often feel overwhelmed in the face of it. Changing attitudes is a start, and I hope attitudes are changing for the better, but the only way to be certain is if actions change.
