I don’t have that particular one, but I’ve considered it. Yes, in general, good brands like Panache really make a difference when exercising-while-well-endowed.

Bouncing while running really is a deal-breaker. It can be painful. Even just going up and down stairs quickly, I often cross my arms over my chest.

The engineering for bras that are actually needed rather than merely decorative (and, preferably, ALSO decorative rather than matronly) is difficult. Especially because shape becomes an important consideration: some carry more outward, or upward or downward, etc., and that can affect how you want the bra to hold everything in place.

Well, based on that lecture, the real criterion shouldn’t be whether it “reduces bounce” by such and such an amount, but whether it reduces pain/discomfort while jogging. But “reduces pain by X” makes for horrible ad copy.
