The European Court of Human Rights is based in Strasbourg, not Brussels - it is part of the Council of Europe and upholds the European Convention on Human Rights, which is separate from the EU.

There ought to be a Latin abbreviation like i.e… or n.b. for sentiments such as, e.g, “don’t care where, just happy that”, where the ‘where’ is actually any ‘wh-’ word (or how). Please see to it.
