Why would you get rid of such a valuable automatic alibi? It's not like turning off your Android location history will stop anyone from tracking you if they so desired.

alternatively in android you can have your gps off and do not allow any app to use location data.

I am tired of all the "how to delete this awful information" posts with nobody telling me how I can use this information that my phone may have collected. I would love to access this information in a form I could analyze and use. I would rather know what is there than go into a deletion panic!

what version of Android has this guide been written for. I tried to follow it and couldn't do it at all... Galaxy S2 running 4.1.2
