It’s always nice to see Mary mentioned here. She strikes me as a talented and hardworking woman, even if she isn’t Jane Austen’s exact twin. 
So Kowal looks a little bit like a wax figure that might also look like Jane Austen, but nobody knows for sure? I say it’s proof of reincarnation, or perhaps she is a Reverend Mother.
As I’m pretty sure they didn’t dig her up to do a true forensic reconstruction, this is basically fan-art in sculpture form.
