Power-friendly USB-C ports yank MagSafe off table

Apparently, Apple’s implementation skirts the 3.1 spec. It’s USB-C with “USB 3.1” support, but only using the fewer lanes for 3.0. It’s not reserving lanes for DisplayPort.
