I’m drooling over this… I really wonder about low light capability though and digital noise.
possibly unfortunate location for the usb port-- can you plug in the cable when it’s tripod mounted?
I looked at the examples and was dismayed-- they are grainy and the little tiny details that make 360 photographs normally so interesting seem lost in the noise.
It looks fun, but I’d be most interested in a version that could do 360 degree video.
don’t know if they still sell it but the sony bloggie came in an edition that had a Panorama lens. I got the 3D bloggie with the pano kit for same price as this cam but maybe a smidge fewer pixels when its filming a pano. =/
