A few students in the engineering club I run at an east bay community college would love to go. Does anyone know of a way to get discounted tickets?
I don’t think there are special rate tickets that are available from the venue directly, but the event is listed on the discount ticket broker goldstar (and likely elsewhere):
If you run an engineering club at an East Bay school, you should consider stopping by Ace Monster Toys sometime. We’re the oldest and largest hackerspace in the East Bay.
You can get discounted balcony tickets on Goldstar http://www.goldstar.com/events/san-francisco-ca/tested-the-show. They aren’t the best seats, but a good option for students!
