I’d guess it more to be a derivative of Hello Kitty.
I want a Hello Kitty branded rocket launcher.
Even though I now know that it says hair-bow, I still read it every time as Haribo and expect to see some Gummi Bears.

It’s fairly possible it was remixed independently. Some ideas are fairly impossible to not arrive to.
